To compensate for the limitations of the electronic medium, we display all our products in two different resolutions and most of them in the form of reasonably detailed pictures as well. Online Shopping By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and proceesed by us , payment will be made in full. Gift Box and Message Service We deliver all over the world any gift boxes you order from our website for your loved ones. If you wish, we can also place your personal message in the gift box for free. For such a service, you need to indicate on the Order Form the name and full address of the recipient. For any message you would like to be put in your gift box you can either send your handwritten message already scanned or alternatively through a word document to message@motiftr.com to be scanned. Your order, together with your message printed on a special paper, will be delivered to its recipient as quickly as possible.

STEP 3 : REVIEWING YOUR ORDER At this step, you are invited to review carefully your order as well as your billing and shipping information.
STEP 4 : PAYMENT METHOD AND PLACING ORDER You will finalize your purchase by realizing the payment and then clicking on the "Submit Order" button.
Acceptance of your Order All items are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, we will inform you immediately and provide an estimated time for delivery. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between us will take place upon dispatch of your order to the shipping company, unless you have cancelled your order in concordance with the Order Cancellation procedure. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

Order Cancellation Your credit card will be charged only upon dispatch of your package to the shipping company. You may completely cancel, add or take out item(s) from your order before we dispatch your package to the shipping company. For this, it will be sufficient to

Return Instructions The majority of our products are hand-woven on traditional looms and therefore there may be texture irregularities and shade variations among products from the same category, as well as variations in size within the margins of tolerance given separately for each category, as indicated in the product detail section. As such, we do not accept any request for changing our products except those that are damaged or supplied in a seriously faulty condition. Yet, you may return an item puchased from our website, paying all shipping costs. Returns made within 20 days following the delivery date are refunded after deducting shipping costs. Products are to be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you , without damage or alteration. In case you decide to return a product, please first send an e-mail to info@motiftr.com to obtain return information. Please note that return costs are not pre-paid. Postage and other return costs will be your responsibility and will be refunded by us only in case of damaged goods or those delivered by mistake. When you return a product which is not damaged or delivered by mistake, we will deduct all delivery charges paid by us from the reimbursement amount.

World-wide Delivery We deliver all over the world via DHL. Please be informed that we do not offer delivery services to BFPO addresses. For smooth delivery of your order, please indicate your delivery address as completely and accurately as possible. Delivery times indicated in the product details are maximum duration taking into consideration all foreseeable delays. In case your order shows damage at your receipt, please open it in the presence of the delivery service personnel and indicate the situation on the Receipt Form. In such a case, you are kindly requested to inform us as soon as possible through an e-mail message to info@motiftr.com .
Prices All prices displayed on our website are quoted in USD. They do not include delivery charges. An insurance fee covering all kinds of damage (including loss in transit) up to the point of delivery, is included in the price of our merchandise. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes and duties levied by your local customs authority.
